honestly the polyamorous community on the internet at least needs to normalize jealousy. i convinced myself i wasn’t allowed to or supposed to be jealous because i’m polyamorous and too many polyamorous people are convinced that jealousy is inherently abusive and bad, and even though i logically know it’s not and i don’t apply those standards to other people i still apply it to myself. jealousy is normal and natural, becoming a possessive, aggressive green-eyed monster is not, this is the case for literally all people whether they’re polyamorous or not. idk.
